Case Study - Galactic Brand Voice Audit

I ran a brand voice audit for a B2B marketing agency located in Austin, TX to provide the founder of the company with a glimpse at how their copy could improve to resonate more authentically with their target audience. I also provided details on what's working and what needs to improve.

The Challenge

The B2B Marketing Agency had strong strategic foundations and service offerings but needed a brand voice system that truly reflected their evolved identity, mission, and emotional resonance with their B2B clients.

Main challenge: Translating complex offerings into a voice that feels human, future-focused, and powerful.

My Process

Using my intellectual property (IP), Galactic Brand Voice Activation (G-BVA) framework, I performed an energetic audit of the client's brand field, aligned it with their leadership’s aspirational frequency, and channeled a Brand Voice Codex designed to operationalize their messaging across platforms.

The final Brand Voice Codex provided the client with:

The client gained an ownable, repeatable brand voice system — empowering them to create content, campaigns, and client engagements with more cohesion, clarity, and confidence.

What comes after the G-BVA?

The audit is a detailed explanation of what's working, what is misaligned, what's coming through energetically, what archetypes are present, which archetypes want to come through, and several actionable steps and examples of microcopy the client can use going forward.

The full 60 page G-BVA report also comes with strategy details and my recommended changes the client can implement in-house. Or, they can hire me on post audit to implement those changes.

This client wanted detailed archetype cards that describe how to speak to their primary and emerging archetypes. These cards function as specific brand voice instructions for their copy team to use moving forward.

Reflection

Frequency-first brand building isn’t about finding clever words — it’s about translating the soul of a business into a voice the world can feel. This G-BVA project demonstrated that when strategy and soul align, brand presence becomes inevitable.
