How to Clean Up Your Content Library with AI
How many recorded meetings and client calls do you have on your cloud that are just sitting there collecting digital dust?
Start with your long-form content. Example: consultation calls or strategy meetings.
Take the transcripts of your recorded meetings (Otter and Fathom are great tools for this) and copy and paste them into a Google document, one at a time.
Run that doc through ChatGPT and ask it for the main points, quotes, problems, and solutions.
Content #1 - Blog
Then ask ChatGPT to turn that info into a blog.
Tell ChatGPT to pretend that they are a copywriter and ask it to write an on-brand blog for your company.
Tell ChatGPT who your target audience is, what you want that audience to feel, and how you want them to convert.
Tell ChatGPT the kind of CTA you want at the end of your blog. Please don't forget this part. You gotta tell your reader to do something at the end if you care about your conversions.
Content #2 - Newsletter
Next, tell ChatGPT to create an attention-grabbing subject line, preview text, headline, and newsletter that promotes the main points, quotes, problems, and solutions that they shared previously.
Content #3 - Social media posts
After that, tell ChatGPT to create 3+ social media posts to promote the blog, newsletter, and at least one thought leader post for LinkedIn.
Content #4 - Video scripts
If you have a YouTube, tell ChatGPT to write those scripts based on the content it just produced.
You can promote those videos in your newsletter, blog, and on social.
Content #5 - Podcast
Whether you want to be on camera or not, you can make a podcast. You can use the same YouTube script for a Spotify podcast with audio only.
Put this process on repeat.
You’re doing great, now do it again.
Repeat this process once a month for the rest of your transcripts.
This is how you create a content posting strategy for all those underutilized recorded calls and meetings.
