My career arc is long.
I started writing copy for a publisher back in 2012. I was in a blended role, and my copywriting career started long before I knew that job title existed. I began my copywriter career writing recruitment ads for print and digital publications. Then, I moved on to newsletters, social media, ebooks, sales collateral, RFPs, and internal documents.
Throughout my copywriting career from 2012 to present, I've ghostwritten for publishers, media companies, agencies, in-house teams, CEOs, B2B, B2C, DTC, and PR firms. I was a professional writer for about 11 years before ChatGPT flooded the digital streets.

Tier 1: Senior Copywriter and/or Creative Director of Copy
Hire me to write your brand or company's web copy. All of it. I want to write your website, newsletters, internal processes and procedures, and socials. I want your CEOs to have the most thought-leaderey posts LinkedIn has ever seen.
I want to revamp your brand voice, if that's what you're into, and mentor your junior writers, if you've got them.
The problem I fix as a Senior Copywriter/Creative Director:
If your brand voice is "safe," your readers won't feel anything. Which means they won't trust you enough to buy from you. The solution is to create emotionally resonant copy so readers feel seen, heard, and understood by your words so deeply that the natural next step is to purchase from you.
What I bring to your table: 13 years of copy experience and my intellectual property, G-BVA.
As a senior copywriter, I often do the work of a Creative Director by leading brand voice strategy, creating messaging frameworks from the ground up, and making sure all copy passes the brand voice + tone vibe check.
The G-BVA alone starts at $8,888. So it might make more sense for you to just hire me full-time, and we can bake this into my overall annual salary. And, if you want to sell my G-BVA to your client roster, we can do that together. Which would result in me getting a sweet quarterly bonus along with some extra revenue in your company’s bank account.
Tier 2: Consulting Services
You can hire me full-time or part-time as a consultant. We have options. The Energetic Operations Consulting and Systemic Harmonization package starts at $20,000 retainer for a team of 10, over the course of two months. So it might make more sense for you to just hire me on full-time. And, like the G-BVA, you could always sell this service to your client list, and we can make some extra money together!
The problem I fix as a consultant:
I find the bottlenecks in your team. They exist because of an energetic misalignment. Someone is overworked, someone is underutilized, and someone is taking too long to approve projects and copy. All of these problems stress your team out and cause you to lose time, money, and clients.
A stressed team gets sick often. Which means they will be absent as they heal or, they will work when they are sick and the quality of your work and business will suffer too. That will result in a higher than necessary turnover rate.
I interview your team and spend some time with leadership to get a 360-degree view of your operations and workflow. I call this step Energetic Operations Consulting.
After I diagnose the problem, I move on to step 2, which I call Systemic Harmonization. This is where I work with your team to streamline workflows and operations so things actually flow. You know, like water.

The first time I created my two IPs above, Energetic Operations Consulting and Systemic Harmonization, was back in 2014. I did this for a publisher I worked for called, The Austin American-Statesman.
The results were brag-worthy. People stopped crying in the bathrooms. Sales went up 54%. And we finally had the documentation and process we needed to get shit done with fewer errors. Frustrations went down because people had ebooks to tell them how to do their job in chronological order. Sales reps had ebooks that functioned as a menu of services, which meant they no longer sold digital offerings that didn't exist.
